I’m the founder of Selkirk Physical Therapy & Performance. With over 8 years of experience serving the Sandpoint community, I specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and vestibular rehabilitation. My passion is helping active people of all ages heal from injuries, recover from surgery, and optimize their performance so they can get back to the activities they love.

Every treatment plan I create is tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle, blending manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to empower you with long‑term solutions.

Outside the Clinic When I’m not working with patients, you’ll find me fishing on Lake Pend Oreille, Snowboarding at Schweitzer, or exploring Sandpoint’s great outdoors. I’m also an avid learner—constantly seeking new research and techniques to bring the best possible care to my patients.
